1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WHAT IF Wardrobe platform ("Platform") operated by WHAT IF Creative Studio FZ LLC, a company registered in Fujairah Creative City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

WHAT IF Wardrobe is a B2B garment and costume rental service for film productions, commercials, TV programmes, and professional wardrobe styling. The Platform allows registered users to browse our catalogue, select items, choose rental dates, and place rental orders.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for professional use by production companies, wardrobe stylists, and industry professionals. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are acting in a professional capacity.

4. Account Registration

• You may register using Google sign-in or email/password
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

5. Rental Terms

5.1 Rental Period

Rental periods are calculated on a daily basis. The rental period begins on the agreed start date and ends on the agreed end date as specified in your order.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and represent the daily rental rate per item. The total rental cost is calculated as: daily rate x number of rental days.

5.3 Availability

Item availability is subject to existing bookings. The Platform displays real-time availability based on current orders. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if items become unavailable due to damage, maintenance, or other circumstances.

5.4 Collection & Return

Items must be collected and returned as agreed upon order confirmation. Specific collection and return arrangements will be coordinated directly with WHAT IF Creative Studio.

6. Care of Items

• Items must be handled with professional care appropriate for costume/wardrobe pieces
• Items must not be altered, modified, or customised without prior written consent
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear during production use
• Any damage beyond normal wear must be reported immediately upon return

7. Damage & Loss

The renter is responsible for any damage to or loss of rented items during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss:

• A damage assessment will be conducted upon return
• Repair costs or replacement value will be charged to the renter
• A damage report will be filed and shared with the renter
• Disputes regarding damage assessment may be raised within 7 days of the report

8. Late Returns

Items returned after the agreed end date will incur a late return fee equal to the daily rental rate for each additional day, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made after item collection are not eligible for refund
• WHAT IF Creative Studio reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

10. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required for certain items or orders. The deposit will be returned upon satisfactory return of all items, less any deductions for damage or late returns. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to photographs, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of WHAT IF Creative Studio FZ LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the specific order in question
• We are not liable for production delays caused by item unavailability, unless directly caused by our negligence

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, UAE.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
